Yoga on a slackline

The combination of a slackline and yoga provides amazing possibilities to improve yourself not only in a phsical, but also in a mental way. When you try to walk on that tubula webbing for the first time you will immediatly experience how your body and muscles try to adapt to that new situation. After some time of practice you will feel safer on that line and feel the need to explore different positions. That´s when you can start try some of the slackline yoga poses!
